General Terms

Blast Catering is owned and operated by Dish Catering & Events LLC. This website, blastcatering.com (“Site”), is maintained as part of the services offered by Blast Catering. The following are the terms of use that govern the use of the Site (“Terms of Use”). By using the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to follow these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. Dish Catering & Events LLC reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically for updates.

Modification Policy for Confirmed Orders

To ensure the highest level of service and to accommodate necessary preparations, the following policies apply to any changes in confirmed orders:

• Changing Headcount: Notification Requirement: Changes to the headcount must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled event.
• Editing Orders (Adding or Replacing Items): Procedure: Any additions or replacements of items in an existing order must be completed either online or through your account manager.
• Adding a Meal (e.g., Breakfast, Lunch, Break): Procedure: Additional meals can be added to your service by placing a new order either online or through your account manager.
• Changing Delivery Location: Notification Requirement: Any changes to the delivery location must be communicated at least 12 hours before the scheduled time of the event.

Cancellation and Refund/Crediting Policy

For Upfront Payments Cancellation and Refund/Crediting Policy:

• More than 4 days before the date of event: Customers may cancel their event bookings more than four days before the scheduled date of the event without any penalty.
• Less than 4 days before the date of the event: Cancellations made less than four days prior to the date of the event will incur a cancellation penalty.

For Bookings Without Upfront Payment:

• More than 2 business days before the event: No penalty or charges applied.
• Less than 2 business days before the event: Cancellations will attract a cancellation penalty, and a cancellation charge will be applied.

Delivery Policy

• Drop-Off Delivery: Delivery charges may apply for some Emirates, and any applicable fees will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout.
• Full-Service Catering (FSC): Delivery charges are included as part of the overall service fee.
• Timing Requests: External factors such as traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We will make every effort to notify you promptly.

Staff Attendance and Overtime Charges

Standard Attendance: Our standard staffing service includes a provision for our team members to be on-site for up to 4 hours. This duration is included as part of the service fee quoted at the time of your booking.

Overtime Policy: If the event requires our staff to stay beyond the initial 4 hours, additional charges will apply. An additional charge will be incurred for each staff member per hour beyond the scheduled 4 hours.

Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to utilize and access the Site pursuant to the requirements and restrictions of these Terms of Use.

Use of the Site

This Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this Site for commercial purposes without obtaining Blast Catering’s prior written consent. Unauthorized use of the Site is strictly prohibited.

Content and Copyright Policy

Blast Catering respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us directly.
